I don't know why these glitches happen. I too am trying to get rid of hurt, anger and “things I would like to say”.
I am thinking right now while writing: “That which I resist, persists.” To me that means, I should stop “trying to get rid of hurt and anger.” Instead think of something else positive and creative that gives me pleasure.
One time while complaining to a friend that it seems I am always running, running, running.
Dear friend asked: “Who is holding the whip?”
Just some ideas that help me to recover my serenity.

Oh dear, Joyous, I do know what you mean about running and running! I call it running on empty, and like a car I have no idea how many more miles I can travel before I burn up what little is left of my fuel. If only I had time enough to stop at a gas station and fill her up!
(Actually that's kind of what I'm doing now – let the mold continue its march up the shower curtain – I need to chat with my Gaia family!)

Oh my sweet Lili, thank you so very much for all your delightful hugs - they mean so much to me! I feel your presence in my life more often than you may know. A week or two ago (I've lost all sense of time…) I was coming home, walking down the sidewalk when a dragonfly flew right to me and then landed on the stones next to the sidewalk. Since he was so out of season I felt he must have been carrying a message from your heart to mine - and now I wish I had been able to tell you about it before this, but those obligations keep distracting me with their urgency… I'm hugging you back and sending you my love always…
:) Is amazing how these dragonflies connected us forever… is the same here… when I see one, I think of you, isn't this lovely?
